"Mama Afrika" - Mama Afrika is legally a non-profit organisation and has been registered with the Bundespolizeidirektion,
Graz. ZVR-Zl: 066930976 since 1st December 2007

The people behind the scenes of Mama Afrika

	The directors do not benefit financially. There is also no administrative structure that needs to be financed.
	Many helping hands from the ICG - Integrated Consulting Group and from friends of the directors support Mama Afrika, equally without financial gain.

§1 Name, Registered Office Field of Activity

(1) The organisation is called “Mama Afrika”, Organisation for the sponsorship of businesses in Africa.

(2) It is registered in Graz and extends its activities throughout Austria

(3)The creation of other branches of the organisation is not intended.

§2 Aim

The organisation , which bases it’s activities on the encouragement of projects and development of entrepreneurship in the coastal and interior regions of Mombasa is not based on profit, but on development aid and is therefore termed as a non-profit-making organisation.

The purpose of the organisation will be implemented by awarding interest-free credit as well as the practical and organisational support which is given while creating the businesses locally in Kenya.

§14 Auditors

(3) Two auditors are selected at the annual general meeting for one year. It is possible to reinstate them after this year. The auditors cannot be affiliated to the board.
