After the death of her moth­er a few years ago and the tra­gic death of her aunt last year — who had taken over the role of her moth­er — Vir­gin­ia not only has to take care of her­self, but also of her young­er step­broth­er Elton, for whom she fin­ances the com­puter train­ing, as she knows very well how import­ant a com­pleted edu­ca­tion is in Kenya. She her­self was able to com­plete a phar­macy degree with the help of Mama Africa, but has now taken over her aunt’s busi­ness after her death and is now in the pro­cess of open­ing anoth­er shop in a highly fre­quen­ted location.
