Helping people to help themselves through education and training is our mission, and we support selected people, by training them to become entrepreneurs so that they can build a stable and independent life for themselves.
Our process
OUR 4‑STEP PROCESS TOWARDS ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Before we accept someone into our 4‑step process, a series of interviews must be held with each individual and a set of questions must be answered in detail, which we use not only to record the current situation, but also to already identify training needs.
What happens with the donations?
The donations go directly to our members in Kenya and Ghana to finance their training and loans for investments in the businesses or to protect against hardship caused by accident, illness, but also droughts or crop failures. We keep in touch with all our members in Kenya and Ghana via WhatsApp almost daily and are thus able to help quickly and unbureaucratically.
